I specialize in working with clients dealing with relationship issues; and I’ve had great success helping clients improve the current relationships they are in, understanding past relationships and helping individuals plan for future relationships. I’ve also worked with many individuals to successfully navigate stressful life experiences such as dealing with divorce, relocating, career changes and parenting issues.

I use talk therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you make lasting changes to live the life you want!
